Create to Be Free is a six-month creative journey designed to help women slow down, encounter God, and discover healing through Scripture, prayer, reflection, and watercolor.

These aren't art classes.

They're an invitation to make space for God.

Many women arrive believing they aren't creative. This journey isn't about artistic ability—it's about creating space for God to speak to your heart.

Whether you're walking through a season of healing, transition, or simply longing to spend intentional time with the Lord, you're welcome here.

The Journey

The bundle includes all six monthly workshops:

Each gathering builds upon the last while also standing on its own, giving you time between workshops to reflect, pray, and continue what God is doing in your heart.

No artistic experience is necessary.

About the Facilitator

Create to Be Free was created by Theresa Dedmon, whose creative healing ministry has impacted countless lives. After personally experiencing the transformation this process brought to my own life, I completed facilitator training and now have the privilege of leading these workshops. While the foundation of Create to Be Free remains true to Theresa's teaching, I've woven in my own testimony, experiences, and the many ways God has faithfully met me throughout my own healing journey.

As I began inviting God into the creative process, I discovered He wanted to meet me there. What I thought would simply be painting became a place where He gently revealed His love, brought healing to my heart, and reminded me of who I was in Him. That experience changed me. It's also why my heart is to create a welcoming place where women can come exactly as they are, experience God's love in a personal way, and discover the freedom He desires for them.
